It seemed that 2D games had more or less disappeared from the PC video gaming world. But as of late the 2D games have woken from their lethargy. This has been confirmed by the launching of great games like Braid, that have proven that great things can be down without having to use the 3 dimensions.

  Braid is the debut game of the independent studio Number None Inc., that belongs to the promising developer Jonathan Blow. This video game tells us the story of Tim, that has to save the princess from the monster. But it isn't as you might think the typical hero and princess game. Braid tells us a very deep and mature story, with many humorous touches and references to some of the great classics of platform games.

  The main elements of Braid are the absolute control of time, that will avoid loosing live, and the many incredible amount of puzzles that is includes, that we will have to solve if we want to make the most of this fantastic game.

  The only drawback of Braid is that its five world seem a little short. But, if you want to stay enveloped by this games magic during more time we have good news: you can create your own levels! With the possibility of including your own graphics, thanks to the level editor, that includes a tool to import graphics from Photoshop.

  Braid is: puzzles plus humor and complete control of time. All this with an incredible visual appearance, with refined impressionist graphics, that will dazzle you as soon as you see them. After the launching of Braid, platform games will never be the same.
